Want your package to arrive by Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

For U.S. orders of "Cinnamon Bear", to arrive guaranteed on Wednesday, December 24th, Thursday, December 25th, or earlier, select "Google Checkout" and select the premium overnight delivery option (USPS Express Mail), and order by December 23rd at 9 AM (CST). This premium overnight option does cost more, but is fully guaranteed by the post office to arrive by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on your location.

For all other U.S. orders -- including "Cinnamon Bear" CDs ordered at the Priority Mail rate -- order before 6 PM on December 15th. The United States Post Office does not guarantee Priority Mail's arrival time as they do Express Mail, but all these orders should arrive by or before Christmas Eve.

Want to order a DVD (with Guy Lombardo ringing in 1958) with guaranteed arrival by New Year's Eve, December 31st?

Order and pay using Google Checkout by 12 PM (CST) on December 30th to ensure guaranteed U.S. delivery on New Year's Eve, December 31st. You must select "Express Mail" to receive guaranteed overnight shipping from the USPS; the USPS carries next-day to almost all locations. If your location is such that USPS will not provide next-day (generally rural areas) we will refund the difference and ship via Priority Mail, which will arrive in early 2009.

You may also order via the less expensive Priority Mail option by December 24th, and reasonably expect its arrival by December 31st, but it is not guaranteed by the USPS.

The post office is closed on December 25th, 28th, and January 1st, 2008.

Other than for orders of "Pistol Packing Xmas," and "The Cinnamon Bear," we are closed from December 24th, 2008 through January 6th, 2009. Other orders will be processed by our system, with those packages projected to arrive in the first business days of January.

Domestic Shipping:
Most customers are satisfied with the speed and economy of USPS Priority Mail. We use metered postage with USPS, which arrives considerably faster than hand-addressed or stamped mail, and find that Priority Mail arrives between 3-7 business days (Monday-Friday).

IMPORTANT: The USPS' "Real-Time" quote lists all Priority Mail as arriving within 2-3 days. Please note that this is a delivery "guideline" offered by USPS, and not guaranteed by the post office, unlike Express Mail. (Please see the USPS' own site on Priority Mail at http://www.usps.com/serviceperformance/ .) If your package is time-sensitive, you may wish to opt for guaranteed Express Mail.

International and APO/FPO orders are warmly welcomed; we appreciate our overseas neighbors, and as a veteran co-owned business, we especially appreciate the men and women serving in our armed forces.

• Overnight orders arriving before 3 pm CST are dropped off that evening.
• If there is an issue with your order, or a foreseen shipping delay, we will email you. It is crucial that you whitelist "noirdame.com" in your email settings, so as to avoid it getting "junked" by mistake by an overzealous spam filter. This has happened with customers using "yahoo.com" and "hotmail.com" email addresses in particular.
• Sorry, videos cannot be ordered with overnight delivery.

Global Priority Mail is preferred, and typically arrives in 7-10 business days overseas to the following countries.

We appreciate receiving orders from all over the globe, however, some countries have had more difficulty in the recent past with credit card fraud and mail loss. Unfortunately, this impacts many decent people and small businesses. Due to historically higher rate of credit card fraud or mail loss, customers in high risk countries

• May order $30 or less in goods only.
• Must pay an additional shipping fee for registered mail, so that your order will arrive safely.
• Must pay using BidPay or an international postal money order for the exact amount due.
• Orders are subject to a minimum 24 hour waiting period from the time payment arrives, in order to allow funds to clear.
• We reserve the right to request additional information in order to confirm identity, payment method and legitimacy of the order.
