Round up on latest VT shooting news

The Washington Post has published so far, one of the strongest narratives of what happened at Virginia Tech. It is primarily about the experiences of the victims.

Over at CNN, there are deeply touching tributes to the victims, written by friends, coworkers and classmates.

RIP Kitty Carlisle Hart of "To Tell the Truth" and Marx Brothers films…

The Washington Post has an excellent obituary about the warm and talented Kitty Carlisle Hart, born Catherine Conn in New Orleans, almost a hundred years ago.

She was 96 years old at her death, but packed a lot of incredible work, wit, love and devotion to the arts into the past century.

If you’d like to honor Ms. Carlisle Hart, why not get yourself a copy of Woody Allen’s Radio Days, in which she sings beautifully, then only 77 years young!
